We have let and managed thousands of properties over the years and in addition one of our members of staff is a Lawyer with knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law, as well as constantly updated regulatory and legal changes.
Further we have also undertaken many negotiated settlements between Landlords and Tenants where disputes have arisen during various points during the tenancy.
We are more than confident that this experience, knowledge and skill will enable us to resolve any dispute, between Landlord and Tenant or Tenants themselves and between Landlords and regulatory bodies.
We are members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and are signed up to the Property Ombudsman Scheme. In addition to this we are also under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, My Deposits.
