We provide three types of Rental services these are as follows.
Renting
6% INC VAT
We find tenants to occupy the property. These tenants will be fully reference checked and once reference checking has been successfully passed we will organise the signing of the tenancy agreement with the tenants.
Semi – management
10% INC VAT
We find tenants to occupy the property. These tenants will be fully reference checked and once reference checking has been successfully passed we will organise the signing of the tenancy agreement with the tenants. We will then collect rent from the tenants on the Landlords behalf.
Full – management
12% INC VAT
We find tenants to occupy the property. These tenants will be fully reference checked and once reference checking has been successfully passed we will organise the signing of the tenancy agreement with the tenants. We will then collect rent from the tenants on the vendors behalf.
In addition we will deal with any maintenance requests, liaise with the Landlord and one of our experienced negotiators will carry out regular checks on the property to ensure that the condition of the property at the beginning of the tenancy is maintained.
